AEspaces started from the unique combination of Ana’s passions. AEspaces combines the intricate symbiosis between Architecture, Interior Design and FF&E. AEspaces portfolio ranges from Tenant Improvements of Vancouver born Fortune 500 tech company (34,000 SF), Canfor headquarters (69,000 SF), to the detailed process of Furniture selection and procurement of the companies above, various UBC student residences (Skeena, Totem, Brock Commons), student common areas (Totem Commons Block), offices (Koerner’s L5 Research and Innovation) and SFU President’s Office.

AEspaces strength lies in its flexibility to partner with top Vancouver Architecture Firms such as Perkins + Will and Public Architecture, firms which she holds an amazing working relationship with and to be able to work as an independent entity in small to medium projects. Additional, AEspaces owner and Designer Ana Espinoza has over 15 years of experience in Interior Design projects locally and internationally.

The company is unique as it has specialized in FF&E selection, procurement and installation.
